Great shoe, but SIZE UP.

By Grace E.
I really, really don’t recommend buying this shoe unless you know your sizing in 5.10s very well – to not have any hot spots, but slightly curly toes – I had to go two full sizes over my street shoes or 3 to 3.5 sizes over any other climbing shoe I’ve ever owned, including other synthetic shoes. Who knows, maybe I have crazy strange feet?

Awesome shoe!

In this particular brand, I bought a half size bigger than my street size and they are perfect. I like the ease of velcro (maybe because I am a girl?) and the comfort is nice. I like the heal grip, hugs my heals perfectly. The rubber is pretty nice, too!

Great Shoe

The shoes took about 12-16 climbs to get them fully broken in but it was worth it. They grip well, I do find when bouldering and crack climbing I am going to need a more aggressive shoe so I can get in those really tight spots. The Anasazi is a great shoe and does not kill your feet (once broken in). Great shoe overall. As for sizing, these are within a 1/2 size of your street shoe size.

FiveTen Anasazi LV Climbing Shoe

By Stef
These are awesome shoes taylored to fit a woman’s foot and heel. Midsole is strong, but flexible enough to feel the rock. Highly recommend this show!

excruciatingly small

Glad I was able to return this. I do have slightly wide feet but wow, to fit into this comfortably I would have to buy a size 8. I’m normally a 5.5 in street shoe size. I often have to size up slightly for dress shoes, but not with running shoes. I tried on a bunch of different brands, including both unisex and women’s Five Tens, in store, and concluded I was somewhere between a 5.5 and 6.5 in Five Tens. Apparently not with the Anasazi. Too bad, it did look like it would have been a good shoe otherwise.

Love 5:10 Rubber

By Hilly
This is my third pair, so obviously I really like these shoes. I have them for bouldering and sport climbing and they work great, Velcro makes them super easy to get on and off and you really can’t get much better than stealth rubber.

Great shoes (if they’re big enough)!
